Thank you for shopping with PetWorld. This policy explains how we ship your order and what to expect after you buy.

Free tracked shipping to the USA

Every order ships free with tracking. We prepare your order in 1–3 business days and delivery takes 6–12 business days after it ships. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather and other events outside our control.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. Tracking information may take a few days to update.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to the United States and Spain.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.

Lost, damaged or delayed packages

If your order is lost, arrives damaged or is taking longer than expected, contact us at Adrianajenjo29@gmail.com and we will make it right.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We may be unable to modify an order after it ships.

Split shipments

Items in the same order may ship separately. Each shipment has its own tracking information.
